John, I couldn't get onto E-Trade either; however, I didn't try their telemaster (touch-tone phone trading) system since I couldn't remember my password on that system at the time. At this point, since I'm holding enough averaged-downed shares of AXC for now, I think that I will sit back and see what happens over the next few days. If it does happen to get into the mid-twos again, which I certantally hope that it does not, I will pick up a few more shares and average down even more. Forrest
