A private insurer would JUMP AT THE EASY CLAIM DENIAL

There are some that are difficult.

As a general rule, private insurers have easy appeal processes and I've found them to be very reasonable.

If Medicare or Medicaid improperly denies a claim, forget about it. Even if you get someone to agree with you, they're not going to fix it.

I worked with a highly specialized oncologist who had to have two people full time writing and following up on appeal letters to Medicare. Not billing, mind you. Appeals.

You just don't have any idea what you're talking about. In fact, I'm still trying to find a subject you know anything about. It sure as hell isn't this one.
