Can't agree with you on this, considering nobody in the gov /
WS could see what was going to hit us and they were the
elites, me think the descriptions was as accurates as the
experts and more than just cute, it was beautiful.

Sure there are always exceptions, but those are rare and hard
to come by these days.

EDIT: instead of being technical, would call it good enough
for government work.
