The VA rates high on a number of scales. VA tries real hard. But like any socialized medicine system, it just isn't going to work as well as a privately operated system. Some VA services are highly specialized and VA-operated medical centers are necessary for that. And I know some fine docs who work at VA hospitals. But the reality is everyone would be better off with as much of the VA work as possible offloaded to privatized systems. OpenVISTA can be credited with a lot of that. Deleted. I don't EVEN want to have this discussion with you.
