I think those kids in iran do know their history but also want their future. They also know how to separate a govt from its people. And today they have a US president who they feel a certain closeness to. You would say because his middle name is Hussein. I would say because Obama gets it and repub neanderthals dont.

While there have been a few Iranians on TV saying, "Oh, they just want to be left alone", according to CNN the influx of emails and twitter messages on this subject has been massive and these protesters are wondering why the US hasn't spoken out. And Americans are doing exactly what the protestors want.......getting the word out.......keeping the lines open. The whole world that is free wants the Iranians to be free......and they know that. Obama doesn't have to yell at the top of his lungs........after Cairo, they know where he stands. Unfortunately, its up to the Iranians now......and what they are proposing will not be easy. Allah be with them!
