I run on the treadmill in the morning, but if the weather is nice I use the road which is a mountain road lol Then I look for bargains and now I am looking to make my breakfast. That will be burritos with fresh bell peppers and onions cut into ground meat , carne adovada spices and some mixed cheeses (shredded). Today is a special day so I broke out some extremely lean Bison burger. I also fear he has already assaulted someone in the past. Maybe even a relative.
