No. A former girlfriend of mine died many years ago from receiving the wrong medication while hospitalized (it was a county hospital, though). So, I don't deny that hospital horror stories happen. And they always will.

These mistakes happen. But the VA endoscope problem was totally preventable and should never have happened.
