Could be a contribution from traders/brokerages raising some margin.

Look at Russia -20% as of 12:30pm EST. Seems, they think US selling is not over.

With the > 1B NAZ volume and strong upside what is your reading of the market? do you think we have seen the bottom? or if we will test it again? wondering if the shorts are good to hold or not.
