Chip,

I use TD Greenline up in Canada ... probably same system.

Worked OK yesterday, was down for a while this AM. Fills are within a few minutes even today, when it is working. When it was down, I had to listen to 10-15 minutes of clasical music before I got a live broker.

Webbroker is a java based interface and annoyingly slow.

John

Yesterday I put in a sell-order on Dell & Spaz in the "coffee-break".
They were confirmed 15 minutes later. It is a phone-system. Coding
by pushing the numbers.

The bad part for you is that I live in Holland.

It is a little bit surprising for me to see that it is so easy for
me at the other side of the ocean.

BTW My system also works perfect when I places orders at the Dutch
Stock Exchange, no matter how busy it is.

For what it is worth.

Paul

Chip, I do business with Merrill Lynch and had no problems. I got immediate access to my broker or assistant and immediate conformation of my order fills while I stayed on the telephone with the person that was placing the order. BTW, commissions are negotaible at Merrill.
