Hell, I wish I knew. My guess would be that any debt-laden BK risks that haven't been funded in the past 13 weeks are SOL at this point. The window should close pretty quickly if we have seen the turn. Did they raise any capital?

I've been watching the new 20-day and 65-day lows list to pick out the downside leaders. Naturally, many of the names are in sectors I'm NOT short. Even worse, they're in sectors that I WAS short but got stopped out of. So I have to go back in and re-enter. But in most cases the stops got me better entries. Not a whole lot of surprises, but some of the names I'm a little gunshy on, because they've managed better than I would have expected given 10% revenue drops in a very short period of time.
