Works all the time in investment world. The government officials
especially love to do that. Bank of England is famous for selling
gold exactly at the lows -g-

Lower current account deficit, while positive long term,
automatically means foreign central banks will be buying less
treasury bonds.

It's not them who is destroying the dollar; it's us.
