Peg:
Thanks for your reply. I have read O'neill's book and previously subscribed to IBD,and I still cannot reconcile in my own mind a good definition of RS.
I have noticed, as previously posted here that often the stocks with lower EPS and/or RS seem to have noticeably greater price movements than those with 90/90.
I'll be the first to admit than there are no "absolutes" in this business, however I still cannot get comfortable with this concept if I cannot define it. (perhaps it is MY MIND?)
Give it a shot Myron if you have time. Are there other references I should be looking at?
Thanks
Steve

Peg and Steven--I am looking for a good textbook definition of O'Neils RS but keep coming up with Wilder's RSI. I'll keep looking. Myron

Peg--Thanks for filling in for me during my absence from the thread. It will likely happen on most weekdays with occassional trips to my favorite sci-fi cafe for an hour or two of posting when I get a break from work. I will work busily on it during the evening and weekends though. I was thinking that some members would be posting explosive recoveries of 99er stocks today. Maybe all have had difficulty getting quotes from the overloaded brokerage houses. Did you see what RADAF did today? What a bargain at 9 3/4--and then a move back over 12. I was boggled when I heard the close on RADAF and dreaming about a triple from 9 3/4 to my prediction of 26-30 a few weeks ago. Were you shopping for this one? RECY also looked like it had a good day. How do you go about getting the data together and do you need help on todays prices or do you want to wait for the papers tomorrow. Standing by, Myron
