Neeka: Horribly instructive is right if those college professors are anything like the ones that I spent my career working with. At least, I hope the food is good so that you will not be at a complete loss.

I'm going to be spending 4 days with two college professors in Oregon this week. We've been invited to a dinner Friday evening that will be populated with other college professors. I'm sorry. My suggestion would be to be noncommittal. Don't express any personal views and just soak up what they have to say. We'll anxiously await your report.
