Weak dolllar only cause ECB putting out $300-$500 bil of 1% paper for duration of 1 year tomorrow. Supposedly Banks will be buyers to redeem their 3 month 6 month paper they had bot at 1.5 -1.75 respectively. wish I owned a bank right about now.
