I suppose a more indirect but relative question is what are the country-by-country percentages for the Gang of Four's end products.

In my reading today, it seems as thought for cap equip makers in general, Japan is the big issue. Their conditions have not changed that much.

Cymer sells to Litho tool makers not chip makers as your post shows. The answer to "percent sales destine for Asia?" isn't known to Cymer. But since all 248nm roads pass through Cymerville the post is very helpful.
