You live 3000 miles away, how would you know? I always follow what's going on in markets throughout the country. I use to work for a national real estate development firm out of LA. We had to know what was going on in different housing markets. Ans sales are only up because of foreclosures and short sales... That's how housing recoveries start. the deficits of which will ultimately be dumped on the taxpayer. How so?
