I found the copper chart very interesting as well. Copper followed hyper inflation up for a while (going from 200 marks per 100kg all the way to 400,000 marks), but then it took a nose dive back to 200 marks even as inflation continued to accelerate?

Seems amazing...hard for me to believe. More likely the copper market just seized up and there was no way to get an accurate quote for it. The industrial demand probably went to basically 0, but I am guessing there were plenty of people around that would have gladly traded paper so they could hoard copper instead.
