My source works in London. He's with Mann. I don't know how big they are out there, but this guy is a treasury man. I don't know enough about what it all means, maybe just switching length of paper or more liquidity for the banks. Supposedly all the banks will be buying this stuff, and maybe they had to buy Euros and sell pounds and dollars for them. makes sense to me. BWDIK
