I just flat out disagree with your premise. Drug companies and medical innovation companies spend Billions to develope drugs that are effective and billions on drugs to treat every major medical condition. Many people's lives have been extended, sved or made more comfortable by these innovations.

If the government is spending all this money where are there results. What drug or medical innovation, outside of those developed as the result of treating soldiers, has the government ever developed. Why are most medical innovations made in America.
