I only sold 1/4 of of my position in TDSC and I won't add more back until I see a positive move upward. I'm pretty conservative and don't buy on margin. I'm not convinced that there won't be more turmoil in the market so I want to have a good chunk of cash available for opportunities. In fact, late yesterday I sold the 20year zero coupon bonds that I bought about a year ago. I agree, though, that TDSC has held up well, and the two press releases do seem very positive, so hopefully they will get back on track this quarter with earnings. Have you heard anything about the Actua sales? Healthy sales of that low cost machine still seems to me to be a key to 3D's growth. That is, getting people to understand how this technology can benefit them so that they use the Service Bureaus and generate demand for the 1/2 million $ machines, either at the bureaus or internally as Mack has done. We need some others to join this thread. That would be a bullish sign, assuming that they have positive comments.

Here's a story about rapid prototyping in the January 12 issue of FORTUNE magazine. All the companies are mentioned, but there seems to be more information presented about 3D. I bought a little 3D this morning in hopes of a Jan. bounce, perhaps fueled by the article.
