Don; It's time to put the brakes on this foolishness now, we can't afford to wait until November 2010. What foolishness? Oh, I suppose you mean the stimulus spending? Ya, some people would rather see our economy continue the freefall started under the Bush administration for the single purpose of hurting the Obama administration. Well, I'm a small government Ron Paul fan, but after watching the republicans send us to the brink of financial Armaggedon, I have zero faith in republicans. .......Soooooo, I've made the decision if they all spend like drunken sailors that I would rather support the party that spends on things that improve America rather than on things that destroy our image in the world. You may like sending our treasury to people in the ME who hate us, I would rather look for energy efficiencies and alternate energy sources here at home. I would rather that our tax money be spent for research in green energy that has the advantage of halting the increase in asthma and allergies - you would rather go fight wars to keep an ever dwindling resource flowing I suppose. That idea employs soldiers, mine scientist with great paying jobs that make things in America again (green energy) that can be marketed and sold around the world. Soldiers or scientist? Seems like a good choice to me and so if we improve GW on the side - why not give it a go? steve
