According to the presser, it was only an affair this past year.

"He's toast?"

Pretty much. The way it played out means his judgment is very questionable. He claims his wife has known for 5 months. He claims that he was breaking it off. But his chosen method leaves a lot to be desired.

He's toast?

Guaranteed if he used state money for one of his Argentian trips. They are claiming he went on a couple of trips to Argentina to promote business exchange between that country and SC. If he was the one who came up with the idea, he's toast for sure.
