Alexander D. Jacobson has filed on October 27 a form 144 - if I understand correctly, form 144 is an insider non-binding intent to sell - covering 14,500 shares. Do you know who he is?

I agree that anyone who thinks the decline is over may not want to prematurely bury it.

Today is key. If we start down again this afternoon, we should at least re-test the lows. Probably worse.

If we hold, or even rally, I would expect a failing re-test of the highs, with breadth type divergences.

We have received the "shot across the bow".
