Just got a notice in the mail from US CLEARING:

After giving effect to the transaction made in your Margin Account, and in accordance with Federal Margin Regulations, it is necessary for you to deposit with our firm as soon as possible the amount indicated below (or acceptable securities having a loan value of at lease that much).

Hmmmm....I wonder if they'll accept a letter from AV telling them I'm good for it?

Jeff, if you can get a hold of AV pronto, do so.

CFMT expects earnings for the 4Q to come in WELL BELOW the consensus of $0.29/sh. CFM Technologies expects something more along the line of $0.06 to $0.08 per share.

Looks as if AV may see $15 yet again.
