In Sidney, all their public transportation is run on natural gas... I actually found out in an odd way... our hotel was in the center of the city... we came down to the lobby and walked out the hotel entrance into the street... we stood at the corner to cross and get some breakfast... a bus was right there and we were standing right behind that bus... I heard the bus begin to pull away and I prepared myself to get overwhelmed with the smoke fumes and exhaust... but, it never happened, nothing came out the back, the air was clean, I was amazed, almost stunned... I couldn't believe that the bus didn't spew out all that filth... then, I mentioned that experience to someone we met and he told me that all the busses in Australia are run 100% on natural gas, I thought why can't we just do that here? Including all cars?
