BPP and others, I've eavesdropped on your conversations for some weeks now. I have been impressed with your (all of you) knowledge of the market, knowledge of Borland, and knowledge of computers and programming. In fact, it is one of the best threads I've seen. I've collected some really great URL's, especially from you, BPP. I have invested a lot in Borland and look forward to nice future profits. Now however, I admit that I am nervous. We all weathered the past couple of days reasonably well, but this volatile 'consolidation'?? period is probably not over with yet, IMHO. Consequently, I anticipate reducing my exposure tomorrow or Thursday and hedging a longer term position with covered calls. Although I don't have the indepth knowledge of programing that many of you have (e.g., Rod M.), I can follow the conversations and I intend to put my 2 cents worth in from time to time. Borland is a great company with great personnel that lost its way but has now found the path again, thanks to Del. I expect it to do well with its products, but would appreciate one of you providing some references to, or a (very) short explanation of, how the term 'enterprise' software will affect Borland's future. Thank all of you for being here and providing your insight to me without your knowledge. FWIW, Leo, you can be a little petulant at times <g>, but I'm glad you decided to stick around. You've been a lot more right than some of the rest of us, at least short term. Bob Churchill, I am an avowed Microsoft hater and hope the company gets split up by the DOJ. Gates is admittedly brilliant and a great marketeer, but he is also an arrogant xxx, produces technically worthless operating systems and software, and needs to be reigned in. Sam
