Good observation! I think the institutions panic far more than the so-called small investor. I've learned a little lesson from the last few days, and that is, keep some cash where you can get to it so you can pick up some real bargains when the big boys panic. It was real easy to pick up 5, 10 to 20 percent today. Not bad for one days work. Let's see now, what would be the annual rate of interest when you can make 10 percent in one day.<gg>
