On the 14.5 cents -- I called as well. It has to be long distance only because they don't offer local service to residential customers.

I actually thought WinStar had stopped offering any residential services. Guess with the business TV ads running during the World Series, they get people calling from their homes, too. Why not sign 'em up at 14.5 cents a minute? I can't imagine households calling to sign up for long distance based on an ad without even a price offer, but hey -- maybe it's all WinStar stockholders!
