I think so too, but I also won't mind if the state recognizes gay marriage. She had every right to that opinion. That isn't why she is a tool. Its the rest of her that's a problem. Did you see her emails? My only beef is the way "equal protection" is being overextended. If the state wants to redefine marriage, it should be done via popular vote or via the legislature Why? The popular vote isn't necessarily a fair or just or legal one. Look how long it took women to get the right to vote.
