Why couldn't the 37th best health care system in the world, the one only as good as Serbia's and just a tad worse than Costa Rica's, why couldn't it save him?

I have no doubt he would have survived had he been in ... France.


Apparently so.......the incompetent American doctor who was present at the time he stopped breathing couldn't revive him. The American medical system is worse than I thought.
