Some see it as trying to manipulate the market. But I was just telling the paper what I saw. I am pretty sure of myself on this one. It is actually a pretty simple equation if one looks at it closely. We have a tight housing market right now, no land and a huge new mine coming in. We are a samll community. More people coming in than going out and more people than we have houses for-well that is how the stock market works-lol. And I think I just got a lot of people thinking about it-lol. I may have helped stampede the market, but it was unententional and all in the name of honesty. I always try to walk that line as closely as I can. Other than that I am pretty irresponsible-lol. I take good care of the kitties.
