Thanks onepath.... most interesting. I think it's relevant to comment that our courts are courts of law, rather than determinants of justice. So, to my mind, this is the important part: "The report includes a finding by the province that the Nak'azdli assertion of aboriginal rights and traditional use in the project area is not supported by information available". We shall see! A court finding in favour of the mine joins the list of events that could send the stock price flying!
