Then a plan for them only... but why force EVERYONE to give up what they have and want to keep? Like I said before, there's no reason to go out a buy four brand new tires for your car when one of the tires needs a little more air pumped into it... that's nothing but government overkill and it will not be successful...

A very important component of obama's health plan has not been openly discussed because he doesn't want anyone to know about it until AFTER it becomes law, but it will definitely effect you and your income... it will read that any physician who is authorized to see patients under obama's health plan will not be allowed to see patients who are not under that plan... this would be an attempt to squeeze out those who still have their original plans and will control the medical profession with an iron grip... I don't think this is something you would prefer... the government would want to force people out of their own plans because his argument is this is the only way his plan would work, if everyone participated...

You couldn't run the diagnostic tests you want and need to run because some government paid physician would tell you it's not necessary... and the end of the day, the weak and the elderly will be refused treatment because they're useless non-contributing people, the government will let them die... think beyond the initial first steps and imagine the kind of world obama's health plan would make it... research would be inhibited, it would be too expensive since the government would not cover the cost on the return of each investment dollar spent by the pharmaceutical companies to make those kind of research investments... we would become like cuba...

You must remember, obama thinks America is immoral and unjust, and he's going to "fix it" according to his amateur and distorted view of things...

The family way was to live in multi generational homes and the elder family members always had a place. I will never forget reading a statement made by Sarah Jessica Parker stating that her mother needed more Social Security because it wasn't enough to live on. She was worth 30 million at the time.

Did Obama Just Commit A War Crime?

Bombing the funerals of your opponents is a red line in most conflicts. The Israelis don't bomb Hamas or Hizbullah funerals, and vice versa. George Bush refused to bomb Taliban funerals. Al-Qaeda, however, has no such compunctions, as it repeatedly has sent suicide bombers to attack people attending the funerals of relatives killed in prior al-Qaeda attacks.

That is why I was surprised to see a report at Bill Roggio's The Long War Journal that U.S. Predator drones attacked a funeral procession for a Taliban leader killed in a prior U.S. attack:

The US carried out its second Predator airstrike inside South Waziristan today. Unmanned Predator aircraft killed more than 65 Taliban fighters in a follow-on attack near the headquarters for Pakistani Taliban leader Baitullah Mehsud.

The Predator strike aircraft fired three Hellfire missiles as Taliban fighters gathered for a funeral of Khog Wali, a leader in Baitullah's army in South Waziristan who was among six Taliban fighters killed in the first US airstrike earlier today.

I'm not sure if attacking a funeral is a "war crime." It may depend on whether civilians were killed along with Taliban fighters. Killing civilians as part of a military attack is the justification used for war crimes investigations of Israel in Spain.

Such a high profile and almost unprecedented attack must have been approved at the highest levels, including by Barack Obama himself.

As I predicted long ago, the willingness of many in the U.S. to outsource war crimes investigations of Bush administration officials for the interrogation policies would come back to haunt the Obama administration. In time, Obama may be asking the next President for protection against those who seek political retribution for tough decisions taken in time of war.

What is NOT revealed in that 57.7 percent of those purported to not have a retirement plan, is that many off the same people damn sure have a bass boat, two new cars, a house too big, go out to eat three times a week, give little Bubba a car when he is 15, belong to the local health club, etc etc.

WHAT GOVERNMENT SHOULD EVER PROMISE ANYONE A RETIREMENT PLAN?

and YES, thanks to the policies of Carter and Clinton, everyone's 401k fell. BUT, some dude making 20k a year got to live large in a 150,000 house......for a while....that's the Democrat way.
