I don't believe it, the dose makes the poison:

A drunk is a drunk driver the entire trip.

Texting is unlikely to be constant throughout the trip.

And drunk drivers are NOT at the legal limit, they are way above that. Perhaps the better insight is the legal alcohol limit has been lowered too far, but the article presents the wrong information to determine this.

Not trying to assuage my guilt, I never text as I am too old to have started texting.
