The IRR and NAV reflect the promise of the mine after recovery of capital costs. From memory, that slide 14 I referred to indicates that at current prices the IRR would exceed 20% and the NAV would exceed 900M. Anyway, the option held by G is a very valuable option for G. G's participation would resolve the problem of restricted capital markets.

But of course there are uncertainties and uncertainties spell R-I-S-K.
