There were obviously none or few,

I believe the Brits still hold to the validity of their intel that said there WERE. No evidence has come forth that says Bush and all the Senators that claimed there were KNEW the intel was bogus.

That was one reason. Continuous violations of the ceasefire and exporting terrorism was another, as in payment of 25 to 35K to families of homicide bombers etc.

Lindy, Saddam, Uday and Qusay were attacked because of the supposed presence of WMDs
