The stock is starting to gey off from the DT coming from its Aug H bigcharts.marketwatch.com The stock trades around 0.7xBV with no significant LTD. SKBI is trying to move up in spite of significant lower earnings on the 3rdQ.<g> The stock is up 6.59% on low volume, about half its ADV bigcharts.marketwatch.com But the PE remains around 7 and the EE although have been revised down, they are for $0.03 more than the $1.55 in 2008 and another $0.10 improvement is expected for 20111.<g> SKBI has continued to report better revenues and has +CF and around $2 of Csh/shr. The insiders reportedly hold around 30% The stock has resistance at the $12 level before it can test the Nov17 H at $13.50 The ACTAY is $12.33 but I think the stock could make it to the $15 level and R/R is favorable. bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
