A caller on BNN asked the same question of an advisor a few weeks back. The advisor said there was no way to do it that he was aware...I couldn't dig up the link. I wouldn't mind doing it myself as a hedge...

Toronto housing market is strong right now, no inventory, sales for May were up from last year, almost 2k higher. Just sold my semi in High Park in Toronto, which I bought 24 years ago for 100k, had over 100 people come through for the open house with 6 offers sold it for 700k. Looking for something to rent, condo down by the lake.
