ogi : See post to Red 166986 . Not very clear would like to know what other insiders own as well ? At .15 some might have been sold unless they saw bigger gains ahead . The El Habal property had a RC hole return 300 M 1.0 g/t AU . Could this be any thing like the under reporting near the pit it will as interesting as the large boulder in the Bacus zone . It would also be nice to know if this is leachable . We need some geophysics . E. C. mentioned in a post about structural controls . You just can not drill deep repeatedly because you had a feeling . But my knowledge is limited and it may be they have many good reasons . jack

ogi : In 08 the co issued 896 thous stock based compensation to insiders at .55 good till 2013 . As of Aug 31/08 there were 3258523 warrants priced from .75 to 1 . There were also 2228000 options priced .55 to 88 . The CEO has also added i believe about 170 thous at lower prices . jack

From Business Week P Kendrick the CFO has 125 thous options @ .12 . D. Bahrey the CEO also has 375 thous @ .09 . No expire date given . The CEO would add the recent 140 thous aprox to his total . In April Frank Powell VP got 65994 @ .15 prospectus exemption . As did Corporate Secretary Fernandez-Maldonado with 23500 . jack

ogi : Probably will not get exact #s unless you pay for it . As of june 22/07 insiders owned about 1/3 of company from a fact sheet issued by the co . My guess it would be about 7 1/2 mill shares ball park . jack

ogi : Results are scrambled similar to search . With the new PP OGR will have about 48 mill/shares F D . Insider ownership will drop from about 33 % to 14 % or 7 mill shares . Institution ownership will go from 11.30 % 2.6 mill/shares to 44 %and about 23 mill/shares . We will have to see if insiders sold any into the PP . The #s are aprox . Posting to Red i said options to expire July 09 . This is wrong it should read July 09/2010 . jack

ogi : More activity in insider trading from Canadian insider . From the 16 of April to the 20 th insiders bought about 750 thous shares most at .185 . Add D. Bahrey's 140 thous . This will give insiders about 8 mill of the 48 mill shares or about 16 % . Plus the institutions 44 % gives about 60 % insider participation . Better to just pay up and buy this info if a stock looks very good as this one does . imvho Raggedy assed operation gets the job done takes time and leaves one wondering about the missing parts . lol jack
