Jon, if you are relying on Datek to judge the "last" quoted trade, you may find that your portfolio does not "look" as good as you thought :-)

I believe the Datek "last" information is not quite accurate. Neither is the trading volume figures they quote. The last trade, I believe, went through at 4 5/8. It probably has to do with today's unusual volume. FWIW, Brock is not the only stock thus effected, and - to my knowledge - the bid and ask quotes were accurate.

Jon, sounds like you had good luck on picking up the BROC shares at 4 1/2. I bought some at 4 5/8 and 4 3/4 earlier in the day. Covered some of my shorts in other stocks. Out of many other long positions.

Jon, You and I were both playing tag with the MM yesterday. I eventually managed to get a fill at 4 5/8 but the MM was dancing around me all of the time my order was there. I am making a practice to check the Island book before I place an order as it seems some of us here are buying through DATEK and that's where we are pushing the MM's bid from.. Regards to all BROC holders, we are a patient lot...
