Out of Iraq? Promise not kept. Close Guantanamo? Promise not kept. No new tax on below $250K? Promise not kept. Transparency? Promise not kept. No bills rammed through Congress without at least 5 days perusal? Promise not kept. Lots of effort to protect Bush and his highly questionable legal maneuvers. Anyone paying attention to his Wall Street policy? Not only has Wall Street received trillions more than the public is aware of, but the newly proposed legislation ensures that Wall Street will be allowed to again play high risk games and be backstopped by the taxpayer. Obama clearly is not making sure this does not happen again. If anything, he's making sure it does happen again. Republican, Democrat, it doesn't matter. We're screwed until a viable 3rd party emerges representing the common man. And yes, I know that's a pipe dream.
