Not very likely, I agree. They would have to take creative accounting to a new level.

I doubt they would succeed, but I wouldn't put it past them to try.

Massive bubbles are pretty rare in history I believe. And we just had two historic ones right on top of each other. The dot com bubble was just more or less serendipity. Like tulips it doesn't seem like a candidate for a replay.

But real estate always has and always will hold a place in the fantasies of civilized man.
