That's the objective......did you expect your payments to be put in a credit union lock box waiting for you when you retire???

I've had a pretty deep understanding of the problems at SS since 1980, when a fantastic article was published in the New York CPA Journal, authored by a former chief actuary for SSA. This article was what opened my eyes, more than anything else, to the abject failures of the government to do anything right.
