Tech, Getting closer and closer to rumored announcement of JV partner? Tried to buy some more at 31/31 around 3:40 and was too slow--went up quickly on a total of about 200K shares in the last 15-20 minutes--a fifth of the total daily vol. Regards, Gary

Any idea why the strong close? I was wondering about the close too. It looked a bit dicey for a moment. ONLY a moment though. BIG spike of vol. just before the close. At first it almost looked like the stock was getting dumped, but then a bunch of buying came in and took it up an EIGHTH. Lotsa strength in this pup. Always touchs off a flurry of buying whenever it dips under a dollar. I added again when it was under a buck today and feel fortunate for doing so.
