hey there flack,,,, i trade several times a day or a week,,,, depends on market movement,,,, usually keeping an eye on the momo group and trade options 95% of the time,,,,
i do trade stocks if i can find good solid cheep ones to buy,,, like gpre,,, btw,,,, sold most of my position yesterday when gpre failed to set a higher high,,,,
last winter i was playing the sds and sso and the qid, qld etf's,,,,,, again with options,,,,, found that they are mainly a daytrading instrument,,,,,
