Can there be any clearer evidence of how feeble minded the left is? "But they had no vested right to promotion." No kidding pea brain. Nobody does. They earned the promotion on an objective test. Wrap your little brain around that concept. How did someone with the intellect of Ginsberg even get on the court? Simply astounding.
