This site anyvitamins.com says take with B2 .. Pyridoxine should be taken together with the entire B group vitamins, and in supplementation the quantity of B6 should be nearly the same as B2, as the B 2 is needed to activate the Pyridoxine.

and on toxicity
Supplementation should be controlled as extreme dosage, such as in excess of 2,000 mg per day, may cause neurological damage.

and People taking pyridoxine late at night sometimes experience very vivid dreams.

Don't go over 100 mgs' B6. Take equal amounts of B1, or a multi B.

If you take one B, and not others, you may get a perceived deficiency of the others.

This means that the body will act just as if it is not getting enough of the other B's. B is a jealous lover.
