Job killing, budget busting, wealth redistributing CRAP. Maybe the most unbelievable provision, to me, was the requirement that lenders increase low-income applicants "incomes" by an amount equal to the anticipated energy savings on homes purchased. Isn't this kind of crap exactly what brought us to the mortgage crisis the Left is blaming on Bush?
