Obama is insane. So this bill they passed - in the amendment - Every home in America on point of sale will have to have an energy audit and will have to meet a rating to be defined by the Energy Secretary. If it does not meet the rating, then the owner must bring into compliance before sale. that's between the buyer and seller. So my 83 year old mom has to change every window in her house ? All new appliances, what if the new people want a different type or color. Does Obama want another civil war ?? So a democrat government worker is gonna come to your house and do this ?
