That's simply false. Europe has far more onerous carbon regulations than we do and in China they have their own plans to rapidly ramp up green energy and start to regulate coal plants. So it's not going to be cheaper anywhere. The only question is who is going to control the technology and services intellectual property for the energy sources of the future. I hope that is us and not China or Europe.
